INGREDIENTS:
- Chili Seasonings
- 1-1/2 lbs hamburger, browned
- 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1-2 (8.5oz) cans mushrooms
- 1 (14.5oz) can beans, either Pinto, red, kidney
- 1 (14.5oz) can black beans
- 2 cups cooked rice (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown hamburger in a medium skillet. In a Large cook pot combine the other ingredients. Do not drain cans. Add seasonings. Cook on Medium low heat for about 1 hour.
